Why Do I Blog, SyFy’s Chupacabra vs. The Alamo, Ninja and Entertainment News, and Movie Trivia Answers

Sydney Aaliyah has been celebrating two years of blogging this month with guests discussing why they blog. Today, it is my turn. Thank you for asking, Sydney! Please join me at her site and discover why I blog. (Besides the usual fame, fortune, and a shot at Kate Beckinsale!)

Ninja News

Michael Di Gesu is looking for new books and authors for his A to Z Challenge theme! You know how his introductions rock, and for twenty-six days, he will rock twenty-six books. Visit his site or contact him directly at mculi AT aol DOT com.

The A to Z Challenge starts in one week!! I’m revealing my theme this Friday. It’s along the same idea as the past two years, but with a twist or two. Or three!

Misha Gericke’s manuscript for Doorways was accepted by Etopia Press. Congratulations, Misha!

Donna Weaving had some great examples of past perfect and how to use it.

And you can now add CassaStorm on Goodreads HERE!

The SyFy Saturday Night Craptastic

Saturday night while surfing the basketball games, I discovered yet another SyFy movie original. Opting to take a break from watching my brackets go up in flames, I tuned in to the first ten minutes of Chupacabra vs. The Alamo. These were my thoughts:

Vicious animal attack in drainage tunnel, lots of blood…. Wait, that’s not a chupacabra, that’s a Chihuahua with a skin condition.

No, not Erik Estrada! Guess the director had a photo of him with a donkey as well.

Estrada has a teenaged daughter. Crap, the dude is sixty-three – he should be playing her grandfather.

They green screened Erik Estrada riding his motorcycle through the desert. We’re talking 1970’s local weatherman quality green screen!

Estrada drives through the hot desert and arrives at the drainage tunnel… soaking wet? Wow, he was so hot he pitted out his leather jacket.

I’m done! They should’ve named this movie Erik Estrada vs. His Dignity.

Entertainment News

The Croods were number one at the box office with a domestic take of almost $45 million.

The NCAA March Madness saw several upsets this weekend, including favorite Gonzaga losing to Witchita State. We won’t even discuss my bracket at the moment.

G.I. Joe: Retaliation comes out this Friday – and it actually got a good review from Jo Blo’s site.

The Swedish metal band Soilwork recently released their ninth album – and took a leap of faith with a double album! Their last disc was ‘all right’ and I almost didn’t purchase this one. Glad I did – The Living Infinite is brilliant!

And they just released an updated and extended version of the trailer for World War Z at Jo Blo’s site view it HERE

Movie Trivia Answers!

1 – “If this is foreplay, I’m a dead man.” Cocoon - Jack (Steve Guttenburg)
2 – “The Fourth of July will no longer be known as an American holiday, but as the day when the world declared in one voice, ‘We will not go quietly into the night…’” Independence Day – The President (Bill Pullman)
3 – “His pattern indicates two-dimensional thinking.” Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan – Spock (Leonard Nimoy)
4 – “Can I ask you a personal question? Have you ever retired a human by mistake?” Blade Runner – Rachel (Sean Young)
5 - “I just want to know that it’s really happening.” Close Encounters of the Third Kind – Roy Neary (Richard Dreyfuss)

Have a book suggestion for Michael? Catch any of the SyFy Craptastic? (My apologies if you did.) How are your brackets holding up? Seeing any movies soon? And how did you do on the trivia?

Don’t forget to visit Sydney Aaliyah!

  3. My kids and I want to watch The Croods. The trailers make it look hilarious. Hopefully, they didn't show the best parts of the movie!

    ReplyDelete
  4. I do want to see the Croods sometime. We can't go to cinemas because of the Hubby's back. The only thing I plan to see is The Hobbit when it comes out on DVD.

  6. I just read above that Olympus Has Fallen is a great film and I'm happy to hear it because I'm thinking that may be our next flick to see in the movies. We try to wait until the crowds die down.

I can't believe Estrada is still around. Unless that movie was wicked old too!!

    ReplyDelete

  15. I couldn't bare to watch the Sci-Fy channel on Saturday. Thought about it, but the trailer looked bad.

    Hugs and chocolate,
    Shelly

  16. Yes, Chupacabra vs The Alamo sounds bad, but is it worse than Mega Shark Versus Giant Octopus? That's like my gauge of how bad a SyFy movie is. Also, I will never get tired of this clip.

  19. I forgot The Croods released last weekend! I'm gonna take my daughter to see it this next weekend, for sure!

    ReplyDelete
  20. That SyFy movie sounds awful.

I've already contacted Michael. I bet his 26 days fill up fast.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Yikes - I'm reading that some people have already done their A-Z posts. I know my theme and that's it! I bet I get to see The Croods this Easter break. Thing is, I enjoy these films more than the 9 year old!

    ReplyDelete
  22. Congratulations to Misha! My kids are dying to see The Croods. I'd rather see GI Joe.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Happy Monday! Hopping over to Sydney's now!

    ReplyDelete
  24. Hi Alex have you any idea where Stephen Tremp's blog is?
    says it's been deleted,

    Yvonne.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Good job over at Sydney's, my hubby says he's still in it -- MM brackets!

I came to comment on blogs because I finished my RFW challenge, edit #1, and began my A to Z post work. I've been inspired!

    Funny review -- can't watch E E!

    ReplyDelete
  26. My nephew was just talking about The Croods. I hope it's as fun as it looks. Since it's doing well at the box office, I'm taking that as a good sign!

    ReplyDelete
  27. Congrats to Misha!!! And Yay I got two answers for the trivia right!

I'm sorry about the SyFy movie disaster . . . makes me glad I just watched a Good Luck Charlie episode with my kids last night. We did watch The Hobbit on blue-ray this weekend, but it was our second time seeing the movie . . . and it's still really good. :)

    ReplyDelete
  28. Sometimes those SyFy 'original' movies are so bad, they're good :)

Sydney is great and congrats to her!

I'm looking forward to G.I. Joe and can't wait to see how Bruce Willis does as "Joe"....even though he won't have a fuzzy beard or hair :)

    ReplyDelete
  29. I just show up for the answers to the Movie Trivia! That's the way I roll! Thanks for visiting my blog, Alex!

    ReplyDelete
  30. Heading over to Michael's website next. Did okay on the trivia. Also added Cassa Storm to my GR shelf. Happy Monday! :D

    ReplyDelete
  31. ohmigod we watched the Chupacabra movie too. *hides* It's one of those SyFy movies that you know you should look away and stab your eyeballs with popsicle sticks but...you just can't.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Angela, I am here for your amusement!

Optimistic, so many upsets this time!

    Jo, true, it's technically not.

Bryan and Brandon, I didn't watch enough to make that call. However, it was not up to Sharktopus standards.

    Yvonne, not a chance.

    Susan, time to start writing!

Yvonne, he knows! I was about to comment on it last night when it vanished and I sent him an email. Some strange glitch, I'm sure.

    Yolanda, that's cool!

Tyrean, I was going to watch The Hobbit, just didn't have a spare three hours.

Betty, you roll how you like!

    Liesel, thanks!

    Liz, just say no!

    ReplyDelete
  33. I saw the commercial for that SyFy movie this weekend. I yelled out, "Ponch!" and my husband started cracking up. It looked awful. I hope you'll be okay.

I don't do much basketball but football sign ups start soon for the 7 yr old!!!

I'm saving my pennies for May. It's going to be a good movie month. :)
    HMG

    ReplyDelete
  34. Trivia - Ha, ha, ha. I got one

They already yanked that trailer for 'World War Z' from Jo Blo's site, at least I can't see it. That could be me, many things are not available for viewing in the Caribbean.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Chupacabra vs. Alamo starring Erick Estrada...Hmmm, my cheeks are starting to hurt just because of the size of my grin. And you actually watched the whole movie??? Man! you could have had more fun watching the slimy trail of a snail.
This reminds me of that one night I actually saw a whole Teletubbie episode, just to see how close could I get to a brain short circuit. High risk sport, I tell you.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Love Michael's A-Z challenge theme. Off to see your guest post.

    ReplyDelete
  37. I love your "Why you blog" post. Giving back to the writing community and supporting bloggers...you are amazing. I can't wait to see what your theme for A to Z is this year. Also, I watched Upside Down this weekend. It's probably a one-times-watch movie, but I'm glad I saw it despite my mixed feelings about it.

    ReplyDelete
  38. I'm pretty sure about my theme for A-Z, I hope it holds up for the hard letters like...G :-)
I'm watching GI Joe, the 'scenery' looks to be fantastic! Cheerio Alex!

    ReplyDelete

  40. Chupacabra versus the Alamo. Oh my god.

    ReplyDelete
  41. That sounds like a horrible film. It's so easy to film an actor on a motorcycle I can't believe they wouldn't go that extra inch. I was talking with my friends this weekend about how the odds of getting a perfect bracket is greater than winning the Powerball (9 quadrillion), so I don't feel too bad my bracket is destroyed.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Oh, the Chupacabra movie sounds so bad it's good again!

My bracket is doing pretty well, BTW (though I did have Gonzaga) but my DUCKS are AWESOME (and I support Arizona outside conference stuff--can't support any Cal teams, so that's okay they're out) but then both Michigan teams still in... so yes... Tart should have placed a bet...

    ReplyDelete
  43. I think Misha's book was accepted by "Etopia" and not "Utopia" press.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Eric Estrada versus his dignity, hehehe...

Very cool that CassaStorm is offically at Goodreads!

    ReplyDelete
  45. A movie starring a 63-year old Erik Estrada would only terrify me.

    xoRobyn

    ReplyDelete
  46. I've been too busy with writing to watch much of anything lately--though I've noticed I drop everything to watch 'Vikings' on the History Channel.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Saw the Croods this weekend and really enjoyed it. Funny and touching

    ReplyDelete
  48. This is Teen posted a bracket for YA characters on Facebook. For the first time in my life I could actually make educated guesses on who would win. Reading is my kind of sport :)

    ReplyDelete
  49. Heather, I should live...

    Faraway, bummer!

Al, that's why I only made it through ten minutes of the film. My brain was beginning to sizzle.

Ilima, I hope everyone like the theme.

Maurice, if anyone comes through with a perfect bracket, I'll be stunned. And there were some shots of him on the bike, so I don't know why they couldn't have filmed them all like that.

Hart, you're doing better than I am.

Michael, I'll check - I just copied what she had.

Julia, I have that show taped but haven't watched yet.

    ReplyDelete
  50. I'm as ready as I'll ever be for the A-Z. I've been exercising my fingers, my brain and my other parts to be sure I'm in the best shape I can be.

I do have a book for Jeremy. Does he need a P? Just finished Possess and enjoyed it a lot.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Capn Alex!!! Where is Stephen Tremp and his blog?!?! I click on it and it says the blogs been removed?!?! Halp! Halp!!

    Take care

  52. Chupacabra vs. The Alamo sounds like a great MST3K candidate!

    ReplyDelete
  53. One of the trivias I thought I knew was wrong. Oh well ... there's next time :)

    ReplyDelete
  54. Your movie review made me feel sad for Erik Estrada. I loved CHIPS. Some people aught to know what sort of movies are good and what movies are not. I suppose if you are hungry you will do anything. He must be hungry. That just makes me sad. Very very sad.

Moving on... I have five whole posts written for the A to Z. I should be feeling sad for ME.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Ah, CHiPs... but I always liked the blonde guy better, anyway.

    ReplyDelete
  56. I didn't do a brackets sheet this year, and it sounds like a good thing since there have been several upsets.

    Congrats to Misha!

    ReplyDelete
  57. Congrats to Misha on her contract!

    ReplyDelete
  58. The title of your post caught my attention. I'm working on my thrid novel and one the characters gets mistaken for a chupacabra!

    ReplyDelete
  59. Loved your review of the Erik Estrada movie! Congrats to Misha!

    Julie

    ReplyDelete
  60. Funny about WWZ. We were in the theater to see Warm Bodies and their computer/whatever auto play thing is went off. We ended up seeing the trailer twice. So, lots of Zombie love (or hate) that night.

    Thanks for the shout out.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Lee, contact him!

Kitty, hopefully it's just a glitch, but he knows it happened.

    Carrie-Anne, exactly!

Robin, he didn't look bad for his age, so he could still act in real movies.

    Wendy, what are the odds?

    Donna, you're welcome.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Thanks so much for the shout out Alex!

It is fling up fast , but I still have E, I, J-L , Q, R, U,V, X, and Z... I may have to do two per post I have doubles and triples in the other letters.

    If I can I will!

CONGRATS: to Misha! That us Awesome!

Congrats to you too. NC Alex!

    ReplyDelete
  63. You are THE most remarkable blogger I know, and the only one whose posts I never miss. Haha, that SyFy movie sounds hysterical, and your commentary is awesome! Man, I used to crush on Erik Estrada when I was like 10 years old.

    ReplyDelete
  64. haha...loved the movie review! I used to be in love with Eric Estrada when I was a little girl. I watched Chips religiously. :)

Thanks for stopping by my blog. It's nice to be starting back up!

    ReplyDelete
  65. Chupacabra vs. The Alamo sounds perfect for a drinking game!

    ReplyDelete
  66. You are thinking that Eric Estrada has dignity!:) His biggest claim to fame was being in CHIPS. He also was on Love Boat and, I think, Fantasy island....ah the good ole days. I am too scared about the A to Z challenge but I shall be looking it up. I doubt myself too much and wonder how I could do it every day (but Sunday. I shall enjoy reading people's though. Might I say congrats in all your efforts and looking at everyone's blogs:)

    ReplyDelete
  67. Great interview over at Sydney's. You rock the blogosphere!

    Congrats to Mischa :)

    ReplyDelete
  68. I missed # 1 and #4. Oh, well. Good idea about posting one's theme. I'll do the same this Friday.

    ReplyDelete
  69. I'm so not good at your movie trivia...oh well. Am heading on over to Sydney's blog to check out why you blog- besides all the fame- which, of course, is why we all do it:) hahaha:)Looking forward to A-Z and whatever your topic is. Have a super day:)

    ReplyDelete
  70. I read that interview and loved it!

    ReplyDelete
  71. That's great news for Misha! I'll hop over to the other blog.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Speaking of the Croods, I'm surprised it's so popular.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Michael is such a sweet blogger!
    Have a great day!

    ReplyDelete
  74. Michael is, indeed, a great guy! And SyFY movies are always atrocious and hilarious (even when they are not meant to be -- ah, especially then!)

    ReplyDelete
  75. Go! Today we have agreed with the two Chupacabras ...

    ReplyDelete
  76. A-Z will be here before we know it!

    ReplyDelete
  77. *LOL* Love your take on the Syfy movie. I haven't watched one in ages. I can't believe the A-Z Challenge is almost upon us. What a month it will be! :)

    ReplyDelete
  78. SyFy original series movies are the best...thing to mock ever. I love them. The worse, the better.

    ReplyDelete
  79. Michael, that's great! Just be sure to keep them short.

Nancy, you should see him now. And thank you!

    Annalisa, that's perfect.

Birgit, that made me laugh! And I bet you could do it.

Ice Girl, I was surprised as well.

    Leovi, what were the odds?

    Thanks, guys!

    ReplyDelete
  80. Wow, what an an informative post, Alex.

Okay, skipping Chupacabra. Doubt it would make my next Top Ten list.

Love Michael's intros! Only wish I had a book. And lest I forget: Congratz to Misha!

    ReplyDelete
  81. March Madness? Not.It's the one sport I can't get into (my boyfriend did convert me to football however).

I did once win a NCAA fantasy tournament against six die-hard male basketball fans. Oh, the thrill of victory from someone who knows nothing about the sport!

    ReplyDelete
  82. I think the movies so far this year have been pretty dire, all bad action movies, so not surprised a kids movie has been so well received.

    mood

    ReplyDelete
  83. No animated movie this year has piqued my interest so far. Thanks for the news and glad your book's on Goodreads.

    ReplyDelete
  84. A to Z is upon us........!!!!
I'm off to check out the interview!

    ReplyDelete
  85. Can't wait to see your theme, Alex. Looking forward to your posts:)

    ReplyDelete
  86. Pretty sure I wouldn't have outlasted you on the movie!

Michael has great introductions - this should be awesome!

    ReplyDelete
  87. I was excited to get Misha's email about Doorways. Woot!

I missed the Syfy movie on Saturday. We watched the next expisode of Game of Thrones instead.

    ReplyDelete
  88. So when you said Chupacabra vs. The Alamo I thought you would be comparing two different movies! But it was just one movie. I really don't know what to say.

    ReplyDelete
  89. Dang, now I want to see the Chupacabra movie just to enjoy its wretchedness. And to see the poor little chihuahua.

    ReplyDelete
  90. My brackets went the way of Erik Estrada's dignity.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Is Eric E. really 63? Good God I'm old!

Great post over at Sydney's. It would have been a huge inconvenience if you hadn't listened to your publisher, Alex. Very glad you did.

    ReplyDelete
  92. As an owner of a chihuahua, I take offense to those comments. Just kidding. I'm having a promo and a luau. Stop by and that Erik Estrada stuff in the desert was cracking me up by the way.

    ReplyDelete
  93. I saw that Cupra thingy movie and bypassed it without a thought. We rented movies from Red Box; Seal Team Six and Argo. Much better viewing. I've decided to Seal Team Six and my son has decided maybe he'll be Navy instead of Marine. *shrugs* A lot can happen in 4 years.

    .....dhole

    ReplyDelete
  94. I missed the trivia but I would have gotten Independence Day. I loved that movie when I was younger.

    ReplyDelete
  95. No trivia answers from me this time sadly. If I can get some posts ready this week, I might be in for A-Z. My poor long-suffering family might have to give me a hand with thinking up things to write about though. We'll see how I go...

    ReplyDelete
  96. Greetings human Alex,

Right then, shall find out why you blog.

Great to see you are revealing your theme on Friday in regards to the Z to A Challenge. I think I got that right.

Pawsitive wishes, Penny the Jack Russell dog and modest internet superstar!

    ReplyDelete
  97. I'd give the Croods a go. Looks like fun. Michael's theme is excellent!

    ReplyDelete
  98. VR, it might make your bottom ten.

Alexandra, you sound like my wife.

    Mary, wise choice.

    Holly, just say no.

    LD, that made me laugh.

    Joylene, thank you.

    Donna, you never know!

    Imogen, please join us!

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  100. I'm so thrilled for Misha!!! She's been working so hard on Doorways. WTG!

    ReplyDelete
  101. I like the idea of using books as A-Z theme. All the best in this years challenge.

    ReplyDelete
  102. Going to see The Croods this weekend when the kids start their Spring Break. I'm so bummed about March Madness. My brackets are blown. I can't wait to see World War Z!

    ReplyDelete
  103. Awesome. Can't wait to see what you have in store for us on Friday. Also, Micheal has a great theme. I'm glad he's promoting others.

    ReplyDelete

    Nice on Goodreads already-wow!

    Off to preview WWZ

    Thank Mr.Cool I mean Mr. AC ;D

    ReplyDelete
  106. Mmm... No I tend not to watch craptastic movies.

I did know Independence Day in your trivia answers, but I am willing to admit that I have a huge gap in my movie watching history when it comes to Sci Fi. Never saw any of those movies. *blush*

    ReplyDelete
  107. wowzers on the news!

just saw jack the giant slayer, must see! awesome family flick! great effects & laughs & heroism!

    ReplyDelete
  108. I would have only known Independence Day. I didn't know there were SyFy Craptastic movie marathons. Sounds like movies to watch during a night of drinking heavily. Haha. That's awesome that CassaStorm is up on Goodreads! :)

    ReplyDelete
  109. I hope to see Jack the Giant Slayer soon.

    ReplyDelete
  110. Only a few days left and I'm still on the fence about the challenge... Geez!

    ReplyDelete
  111. Will hop over to read your guest post, Alex.

    ReplyDelete
  112. Eric Estrada, that's a blast from the past. I used to love Chips when I was a kid. Sounds like a good film though, he he he!!!

    ReplyDelete
  113. Left a comment, but spam ate it. It has to be retrieved from the spam folder :(

    ReplyDelete
  114. Chupacabra vs. Alamo looks awful; I'm glad you watch these so we don't have to :P

I keep meaning to see Oz the Great and Powerful, though there's also The Croods and Jack the Giant Killer. Too many movies!

    Jamie

    ReplyDelete
  115. Mel, mine are trying to recover, but still, one of my final four is gone.

Thanks, Ella! Yes, very cold here right now.

    Misha, need to remedy that.

Tara, it was a really fun movie!

    Michael, very heavy drinking.

    Pat, do it!!!!!

    Rachna, I'm sorry!

    Jamie, and more coming soon.

    ReplyDelete
  116. Failed the movie lines. And I can't remember the last time I saw a movie - or have plans to go. Life is too hectic!

    ReplyDelete
  117. Oh my goodness. My husband is addicted to those strange, under funded sci-fi movies. Good thing I speak and understand nerd.

    ReplyDelete
  118. Zap! What a review! LOL
I think I'll pass. I prefer to remember Erik the way he looked on CHIPS.

    Donna Weaving. Too funny.

    Off to Sydney's...

    ReplyDelete
  119. Congrats to Misha! Great, great news. :D
"...should’ve named this movie Erik Estrada vs. His Dignity." LOL!

    ReplyDelete
  120. I added CassaStorm! :)

Wow that Erik Estrada movie sounds sad!

    ReplyDelete
  121. I got my Independence Day right, but I knew that already. Marked want to read on CassaStorm at Goodreads. it's getting harder to wait until September...
Love your review of that movie: Eric Estrada vs. His Dignity. Brilliant!

Really looking forward to your theme reveal!

Looking forward to hearing about your theme.

  123. I just signed up for the A-to-Z Challenge. Eep! We'll see how I do. Love the entertainment recap. My son really wants to see The Croods. He laughed hard at the preview on tv.

  124. I love your Chupacabra play by play!! And yes, Erik Estrada is way too old to have a teenage daughter for crying out loud!! Hilarious!!!

Hmmmm, I wonder if Michael could use my picture book app Big Sister, Baby Brother for B... Though he may be using middle grade, YA books..

  125. That's a hilarious review. lol I sometimes hate original movies.

  126. I'm Michael's "G"! Yay! I'm all set for the A-Z, too. Can't wait to hear your theme, Alex :)

    Congrats to Misha!

Hollywood needs to get a grip on their anti-age campaign. Seriously.

  127. Oops! Only one week until A to Z? Where does the time go?

Elise, his dignity did not win...

    Kathy, thank you!

Tina, thanks. Believe me, it will get here soon enough.

Julie, yeah that one was a shocker.

    Jaleh, glad you're on board!

    Kelly, I think he's using a variety.

    Gwen, glad you got G.

Patricia, less than a week now.

  129. Okay, I want you to know I'm frantic about my a-z posts. I hope I get them all done. I'm really starting to worry. I'm going to head over to read why you blog now.:)

  130. Geez, Alex, I think my scrolling finger needs resuscitation after getting to the comment link! *LOL*

Commented at Sydney's blog. Trying to access my RBM (random book memory) for Michael. Didn't see craptastic; I think I was vomiting that day. Well, since UK is in 'rebuilding' mode, brackets have no meaning for me this year. And in reference to the movie trivia, I need to add a "movie-watching challenge" to my "reading challenge" this year.

See ya Monday for "A Day"! :O)

I look forward to A-Z! This is my first year participating and I am just a tad bit nervous. Fingers crossed that it goes well!

  140. I have heard The Croods is good- but I haven't had a chance to see it yet. I would have know the Independence Day quote- but that is it. :)

This year I didn't fill out a bracket- since I don't ever know what I am doing. But- I usually have fun checking to see how "my teams" are doing. :)

  142. Eric Estrada will forever be Poncho in my eyes. there's no escaping it.

  143. I adore Michael- what a fun guy. He does some great guest spots, too. Authors would be lucky to be one of the books he rocks it with for the challenge.

I'm prepping my A to Z stuff now- terror!

Off to visit me some Sydney...

  144. Congrats Misha, she deserves it for all her hard work.
I am still on the fence with A-Z, I will have to wing it if I do join, will have to make do with photos and books.

  145. Sorry for the late visit, but my son had minor surgery on Monday. I'm catching up on everything now. Okay, trying to. :)
My kids saw the Croods this weekend with daddy. I'm not sure who enjoyed it more. They all came home raving about it. I wish I could have gone with them. Oh well, I guess I'll watch it on DVD.

  146. Late visit, don't know what is going on with me. I think I'm moving through time differently. Love your review of SyFy's flick. I tried to watch, but ended up falling asleep.

  147. I read Sydney's interview and am happy to learn a bit more about you, Alex. And I love your reasons to blog--all reasons why you have so many people who support you!

  148. Wow, you did pick an ambitious theme. I thought I had a good idea for a theme, but when I started working out a few blogs I discovered it wasn't such a bright idea.

  149. I am having difficulty with WordPress, and leaving comments on blogs. It seems I have to sign in using a multitude of identities, either FB, G+, or whatever. Why is this so difficult?
